Heel Cracks

These occur on the heel region in response to excessive stress on the skin. Commonly when open heeled shoes are worn the air circulating around the heel region causes the skin to loose its moisture content, the skin becomes brittle resulting in painful cracks. These can be painlessly pared back. Speight’s also retails Gehwol products imported from Germany which are great moisturisers.
